Off The Lead..

Took Otto for a walk and when we got away from the road and as it was quiet I decided to give him his first run off the lead, he was fine, it seems he has changed from that fluffy ball of fur into a gangly young dog so quickly. I saw a chart in the vets that showed how quickly breeds progress in their first year. After a year he will be comparable to a 20 year old human in dog development years. After that it slows down so by the time they are 10 years it averages out at about 60 human years. This first year is so important in training for the future, so thats me kept busy lol.
