I knew that playing in this stuff would mean I would have to have a bath but I couldn't resist.

Workout.

This is my workout, did I tell you, I am thinking of  releasing an exercise video.

OK lets get up to speed here, In case you don't realise it this is us going through the motions , me and Pippa stand here looking interested, while him that walks me lines up his camera, him that walks Pippa  holds up a stick and we look like its the best thing that has ever happened in our life, (ooo that's amazing you have a stick, are you going to throw it so we can have the fun of running after it)  see the trick is you have to make it fun for them, it keeps them happy.

 

Got to give this one to The Pipster she has got that really interested look off to perfection here.

 

She knows I want that stick but the problem is she knows I am to far away to get it before she does.

 

I'm just acting cool now, I don't want the stick.
